I've shipped six SaaS products in the last 18 months using Claude, Supabase, Vercel and Paddle. None of them is a unicorn. Some are at €0 MRR. That's not the pitch.

The pitch is: in 2026, building a SaaS isn't the hard part anymore. The hard part is the thousand small decisions between idea and live product — which auth flow, how to wire payments, what goes on the landing page, how to get the product to post its own marketing, how to know what to fix next.

I've made those decisions six times. I want to walk a small group through making them once.

What you get over six weeks

• A written playbook covering the decisions, week by week
• Two live sessions per week, 90 minutes each, working through your specific build
• Weekly code review on your repo
• The template repo I use myself: Next.js, Supabase, Paddle, Resend — with auth, billing, email, cron, and a working "your product posts its own marketing" module

What I won't do

• Build it for you. This is "ship with me," not "I ship for you."
• Promise you revenue. The playbook gets a product live. The market decides if it sells.

Who this is for

Someone with an idea, ~12 hrs/week, and a laptop. You should be able to read what Claude writes and push back on it. You don't need to be a senior engineer; you do need to be patient with frustration.
